Leaders are learners and readers. Some of the books that helped me in my research and becoming a better leader in the area of habits change. I would personally recommend the books to those who are serious in getting their "world" (will explain more in another posts) in order and be successful in the process. There you go...
The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg - a good book with a lot of scientific research and support information.
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by the late Stephen R. Covey - old is gold on what are the habits of people who wants to be successful.
The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson - interesting book on goal settings and how it will help us to be more effective to getting the results without any regrets.
Start with Why by Simon Sinek - a great book to start with; it all starts with purpose. Knowing your WHY will lead to lots of greatness in life.
Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek - good sharing by Simon on the neuro-chemicals which I am sharing during my workshops.
